Great value for the price, with clean rooms and a secure environment. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It served as a good base for my adventures and was within walking distance to town and the pyramids.

I had a great stay at this beachfront hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to town and even feasible to walk to the nearby pyramids. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom had a warm shower with decent pressure. the hotel also offered free drinking water and had friendly animals like parrots and iguanas in the garden.

The WiFi signal was weak in the room.

This place is simply mind-blowing! From the jaw-dropping pool to the super convenient little kitchen, it had everything we needed. The gardens were fab with friendly animals and the staff were so friendly. The value for money was amazing and the free ice cold water was a bonus. The location, though a bit far from the city, was surrounded by nature and beautiful sounds of birds. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the room was simple but clean. Free wi-fi, ample safe parking, and a 24-hour reception made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place to consider if you're looking for a great value with all the necessary amenities.

A place with a potential

We experienced a lack of service. When we arrived at 6pm, the reception was locked and there was no one around to help us. Thankfully, our taxi driver went on a search to find someone to check us in! Despite this inconvenience, we recognized that Villas Del Carmen Hostal has potential as a base for families or big groups. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the A/C worked well. the location was convenient, right off the highway. While there were some drawbacks such as the lack of service and the need for more kitchen equipment, overall, we had a decent stay.

The natural surroundings and pool were lovely, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the large area allowed for plenty of wildlife sightings, which added to the overall experience. the air conditioning in the room was surprisingly efficient and provided much-needed relief from the heat.

The kitchen was quite dirty and lacked proper equipment, making it difficult to prepare meals. the staff's lack of availability and unhelpfulness was disappointing.
